Origins.
"Traveler, there is no path; the path is made by walking."
Antonio Machado
The VIA Collective began as a creative project rooted in my deepest loves—designing and facilitating experiences that move people.
Over time, it’s grown into something more: a way of working, a way of being, and a response to what this moment asks of us.
This work—whether in leadership, learning, or personal growth isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about building the capacity to stay present, stay connected, and shape change from the inside out.
VIA is a practice... A philosophy...
A way forward.

For more than three decades, I’ve been designing spaces where leaders, educators, and changemakers can slow down, reconnect with what matters, and rediscover their capacity to create meaningful change. Whether working with individuals or teams, I help surface the deeper questions, shift outdated narratives, and open space for new possibilities to take root. My work has taken me across geographies and cultures—from rural villages to bustling cities, from classrooms to boardrooms. Along the way, I’ve supported leaders and learning communities in navigating complexity with clarity and care. Teaching, designing, coaching, and facilitating strategy have all been part of my path, but my greatest learning has always come from the people I’ve worked alongside.
I bring a strong foundation in human and systems development, including:
-
Certification in Integral Coaching™, offering a developmental, whole-person approach
-
Training with MIT’s Center for Systems Awareness as a Compassionate Systems Master Practitioner
-
Experience in the Immunity to Change™ framework to help individuals and teams uncover and shift limiting assumptions
